FAQ

What should I expect?

I love being by your side to help you before your important day or moment. I'll send you a breakdown of what to expect depending on your session to help you organize your day. On your special day, all I want to capture is the feelings, the mood, the emotions, the calm and crazy moments and all the details that make you unique.

Once your images have been captured, all of the raw/unedited images will be uploaded for your viewing. Please note that they will be watermarked. The only photos that will be un-watermarked are the selected, final, edited & confirmed images that you and I as the photographer agreed to.

Do you sell raw (unedited) photos?

No. All photos that are taken by me are edited in some way/shape/form.

What happens if I were to lose my images?

I use a service called, Pixieset. You will receive a link that contains all of your official digital files. This link will be kept active for only 6 months.

Please note that I am NOT responsible for keeping a backup of your files. Please download your images immediately and save them to at least 2 devices.

"I booked, but I made a mistake- can I get a refund?"

With general sessions, it depends on the type of session and contract signed, please email me with questions.

For mini sessions- no. Due to the time restriction and the heavy demand, I do not offer refund options for minis at all. Once the amount is paid, the session is considered booked and official. (I do allow up to ONE reschedule for a minis depending on the situation)

Do you have a cancelation fee?

If your schedule cannot be rebooked within the next 30 days then yes, due to how limited some specific offers can be; cherry blossom sessions, holiday minis and others, there is a 50% cancelation fee charged.

Do you have a question?

What's your turn around time?

Your will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within a maximum of 2 weeks (sometimes less depending on the season I photograph your story).

You can download all the edited photos from the gallery but also share them and choose your favorites!

Do you offer discounts?

ADOPTIVE FAMILIES: Yes! Mention that you have a foster/adoptive child(ren) and get a special discount!

OTHERS: There are special times during the year when I am looking for couples or families to do HEAVILY discounted sessions with, make sure to keep your eyes pealed for these opportunities.

LGBTQIA+ Friendly?

Absolutely. All are welcome, no one will be turned away due to race, religion, gender or status.

Love is love and families are families- we make no difference here.

AZ/WA/CO Travel

There is a travel fee of $50.00 added onto any photoshoot in these areas.

Photo Privacy Details

If you take a photoshoot with me and you are 18+, a few images from your photoshoot will be shared for promotional and advertising material. You can request to remove color images or only include images where you have sunglasses/ hats on- but please make this request when booking, not after!

However, parents- IF you are uncomfortable with your underage child being shown on Social Media, please inform me! I request that all parents sign a photo release form for their underage children! Reach out if you have any concern about your images!

Acceptable Payment Methods

Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, Cash, Facebook Pay are all currently accepted.
Checks are decided on a case by case basis.

Payment Plan Options?

If you're unable to pay for your session, a payment plan can be discussed. It varies off the session and upfront retainer amount. But definitely ask if you need financial assistance or to be put on a payment plan!

What Will You Not Edit?

- Skin Details (beauty marks/ stretch marks/ moles.. etc)

- Weight (I neither add or remove weight to certain parts of your body. You are beautiful AS IS. If you're looking for a detailed edit, I am most likely not the photographer for you!

- Teeth (no straightening/ gum-line correction)

- Make Up- Please come to your session as you want to be photographed, I do not add any make up to clients when editing! I do however, work with some amazing MUAs in the area that I am more than happy to recommend!

Can I Gift a Photoshoot?

Absolutely!!

Sharing is caring around here, and if you have purchased a session and cannot make it, (depending on the type), you are able to gift it to someone. Please contact me first to coordinate details.

Once a session has been gifted, I do not allow restrictions on the "gifter's" side to be put on the session. This is including but not limited to: - changing the session type, asking for updates about the other client... etc.

Once a session has been gifted and confirmed, all comms will be continued with the other client.
